Mukesh Haritash, a Delhi University alumnus and postgraduate in Management, is the Joint Managing Director of Chetak Logistics Limited, one of India’s leading logistics and transportation companies. With over three decades of experience, he brings extensive expertise in transportation, supply-chain operations, strategic planning, business management, and organisational growth.

A second-generation entrepreneur, Mukesh joined the family business while pursuing his management education. He worked closely with senior leadership across leading automotive OEMs, developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen customer relationships.

With a keen understanding of the evolving logistics landscape, Mukesh spearheaded the company’s expansion into warehousing, developing approximately 2 million sqft of warehousing infrastructure across major cities in India. He also championed the adoption of IT and GPS-enabled technologies, enhancing operational transparency, efficiency, and customer confidence.

Known for his decisive leadership, strong work ethic, and entrepreneurial mindset, Mukesh has played a key role in driving Chetak Logistics’ growth and transformation. His entrepreneurial achievements were recognised in 2010 as “Youth Entrepreneur of the Year”

A forward-looking leader, Mukesh continues to champion innovation, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation. As Co-Chairman of the Logistics Committee at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), he advocates initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, strengthening infrastructure, accelerating technology adoption, and creating a more integrated, resilient, and globally competitive supply chain.

Rajesh Haritash is the Chief Technical Officer at Mavyn. He is co-founder and is man behind the backbone of Mavyn Technology. He is building Artificial Learning and Machine Learning based technology to provide better infrastructure and adapt future technology to build next-generation tool that will drive the company’s success. He has record of delivering critical business functions within a single, unified platform.

He brings in more than 16 years of experience in IT in various roles. Rajesh started his career at Chetak Logistics Limited, his family business. He has successfully managed and set up accounting, HR, Fleet Management, Inventory & workshop and Vehicle Tracking leading products for his organization. He is an experienced entrepreneur who is passionate about technology and people. He believes people management is the key quality for success in every role.

He leads the team with a dedicated mission to transform the logistics sector to be more humane, organized and technology driven. Stretches the boundaries of how technology is used within the business and is encouraged to operate ambitiously.

Sachin is a highly organized, hands-on professional with more than 23 years of rich experience in transportation & logistics. His key role is to develop new business verticals and improve profitability. He takes pride in his keen sense of decision-making, proficiency, strong work ethic, and self-motivation that helps him convert challenges into opportunities on his journey to achieve his well-defined goals.

Brief Introduction

Soon after graduating from Delhi University, Sachin joined the family business in the year 2000, interning at various functions to have a first-hand understanding of the business. He pursued post-graduation in management from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

As the Director of Chetak Logistics Limited, he has led by example, making the organization proud with his dedication, diligence, and all-around motivation. As a young management graduate and entrepreneur, he has spearheaded and revolutionized the market in less than two decades.

He closely works with major auto OEMs and develops key management strategies to improve operational efficiencies. During his over two and half decade’s stint, the group revenues have grown five times, from Rs. 250 Crore to over Rs. 1250 Crore.

Sachin founded Mavyn, a technology driven digital logistics enterprise. It is perhaps the first internet company in India to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data in the truckload logistics sector. Mavyn is digital, paperless and faceless organization that operates virtually across India with no manpower on field. It uses advanced technologies to refactor the end-to-end transportation process, aiming to provide best price and service to shippers.
