A Delhi University alumni and Post Graduate in Management, Mukesh Haritash is the Joint Managing Director of Chetak Logistics, the leader in Logistics in India. Mukesh has Over three decades of experience in transportation and logistics, operations, budgets, management, and long-term strategic planning. Mukesh takes pride in his keen sense of decision-making, proficiency, strong work ethics, and self-motivation that helps him handle the challenges that arise on his journey to achieve his well-defined goals.

While pursuing Business Management Mukesh was tasked with the responsibility of expanding the family business. He closely worked with senior executives from all the major auto parts OEMs and worked on developing the key management strategies to improve upon the operational efficiency. During this time, decided to invest extensively in warehousing business and developed 3 million sq feet of warehousing space, across the major cities. Keeping up with the times, and technological advancements, Mukesh also took initiative to invest in IT & GPS technology, bringing in greater transparency and giving confidence to the customers.

As the Joint Managing Director of Chetak Logistics Limited, he has led by example, making the organization proud with his dedication, perseverance and all round motivation. As a young management graduate entrepreneur, he has spearheaded and revolutionized the market. For his achievement has been recognized by credible organisations. He was adjudged as the Youth Entrepreneur of the year (2010) by Mr Harsh Goenka – CMD, RPG Group, who personally acknowledged Mukesh.

Rajesh Haritash is the Chief Technical Officer at Mavyn. He is co-founder and is man behind the backbone of Mavyn Technology. He is building Artificial Learning and Machine Learning based technology to provide better infrastructure and adapt future technology to build next-generation tool that will drive the company’s success. He has record of delivering critical business functions within a single, unified platform.

He brings in more than 16 years of experience in IT in various roles. Rajesh started his career at Chetak Logistics Limited, his family business. He has successfully managed and set up accounting, HR, Fleet Management, Inventory & workshop and Vehicle Tracking leading products for his organization. He is an experienced entrepreneur who is passionate about technology and people. He believes people management is the key quality for success in every role.

He leads the team with a dedicated mission to transform the logistics sector to be more humane, organized and technology driven. Stretches the boundaries of how technology is used within the business and is encouraged to operate ambitiously.

Rajesh is an alumnus of Griffith University, Gold Coast, Australia. He likes photography and reading.

Brief Introduction

Soon after graduating from Delhi University, Sachin joined the family business in the year 1999, interning at various functions to have a first-hand understanding of the business, he started his career as an executive Thereafter he is an alumnus of NMIMS, Mumbai and Sri Venkateshwara College, Delhi University.

Sachin Haritash is the Founder of Mavyn. He is in-charge of expanding organisation’s footprint in India by steering the conceptualization and execution of key strategies related to management and operational needs of the company. Sachin has been an active proponent in bringing significant expansion of Mavyn and is therefore responsible for planning strategic growth of the company.

Assiduous in nature, he has worked his way through all levels in the parent company - Chetak Logistics, where he joined as an executive. His knowledge of transportation and logistics industry coupled with his perseverance and innovative approach enabled him to set higher standards for Mavyn.

Sachin leads the Chetak and Mavyn team with a dedicated mission to transform the logistics business to be more humane, organized & technology driven. With his multifaceted skills, he strives to establish Chetak Logistics as a complete logistics solution provider with reliability and cost-effectiveness.  During his over two and half decade’s stint, the group revenues have grown forty times, from Rs. 25 Crore to over Rs. 1000 Crore.

As the Director of Chetak Logistics Limited, he has led by example, making the organization proud with his dedication, perseverance, and all-around motivation. As a young management graduate and entrepreneur, he has spearheaded and revolutionized the market.

Sachin is part of a joint family, living with his mother, two brothers and a sister. Sachin is the youngest among siblings especially after the sad demise of their father Shri Jai Karan Sharma Ji, the Founder of the Chetak Group. Along with his brothers, Mukesh and Rajesh, Sachin is working towards further expanding their business, beyond logistics.
