Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop learning curriculum for shippers, truckers and channel partners in accordance with the global learning strategy to meet the business goals of the company
  • Design and develop, Instructor led training programs and courses, including all course materials, exercises, and skills evaluations
  • Design and develop content for other delivery channels including Business Support Material, e-learning, mobile learning, webinars, and digital platforms
  • Create channel partner certification program and content for the trainers on business skills
  • To Create or update existing Training program & materials to enable their use by the Leaders as part of training activities for all users
  • Adhere to training processes for managing end-to-end training requirements
  • Participate in Audio and Video recordings to reduce iterations in different projects
Desired Candidates:
  • 3-5 years of experience of Training & Development as a Instructional design expert with a minimum 3 year of e-learning project coordination/management
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science, Information Technology, Education/Training/Administration
  • Direct, recent experience with training development, curriculum design, Training methodologies, and online education
  • Experience with building and maintaining courseware
  • Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools, such as Flash, HTML5, Articulate, Lectora, etc. to perform thorough content level testing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Possess good interpersonal, analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Occasional travel between training locations potentially required
  • Candidate from Delhi domicile will be preferred
