Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic channel partners to drive business growth through acquisition of new shippers across defined districts
  • Execute the sales strategy of the Company and take responsibility of achieving the assigned targets
  • Acquire SME & MME customers by penetrating into the market as well as churning customers from competition
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with shippers and advising them on issues related to the market & offering solutions for the same
  • Drive market expansion: Identify industrial hubs where services could be launched based on the market potential and expansion plans
  • Ensuring timely collections from shippers/customers
Desired Candidates:
  • Graduate with total experience of 3-5 years sales/marketing in core B2B transport company with atleast 2 years in a trucking start up
  • Familiarity with local industrial townships and manufacturing facilities
  • Well verse with productivity tools - MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and ERP softwares
  • Proven negotiation and communication skills. Fluency in English & Hindi is a must
  • Self starter, relentless hardworker to achieve targets, not afraid of rejections/cold calls
  • Should be mobile within the city, should have own conveyance for local transport
  • Candidate from Delhi domicile will be preferred
