Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic channel partners, truckers & drivers.
  • Monitoring of freight rates for designated destinations on continuous basis 
  • Fleet managing and scheduling
  • Ensuring timely deliveries,crisis management, in-transit problem handling, etc
  • Ensuring timely payments to channel partners & truckers and handling disputes, if any
  • Coordinate with sales team for hassle-free pickup & delivery of shipments
  • Manage operations to meet benchmark profitability targets 
Desired Candidates:
  • Graduate with experience 3-5 years in core B2B transport company
  • Experience working in remote, non-urban locations with blue collar labor
  • Relevant Operations experience in the ground transport industry
  • Additional / Preferred: Experience of working in an start up transport company preferred
  • Proven negotiation and communication skills. Fluency in English and Hindi is a must; Haryanvi a plus point
  • Candidate from Delhi domicile will be preferred  
  • Excellent hands on working on MS/Open Office Excel and other ERP's
